How can we help?

For clients we offer our expertise in the following ways:

  • We offer bespoke training that bring experience direct to your staff, making the training come alive instead of just another PowerPoint presentation. We can answer questions and concerns without having to ‘Google the answer’ as we have probably experienced it ourselves. Robert and Gail are both qualified educators for adult learners.

    On line training for senior leadership, responders, staff and crisis professionals in a number of topics. All current, unique and engaging and developed by an experienced digital content creator so that it is interactive and relevant to your teams. Our training can support induction, specific topic training and continued professional development.

  • We provide unique guidance and training available for crisis communications and how to manage media interest. We support how to use templated press releases, how best to use social media and explore if using dark sites are appropriate for you

  • Robert and Gail can offer help and coordination for your senior teams as a trusted guide during a response. Our expertise can be best utilised to advise on each stage of a response and ensuring best practice approaches for logistics, supporting a crisis management centre, search and recovery operations, identification, family assistance, repatriation and personal effects co ordination.

  • We offer repatriation services by a team of qualified Funeral Directors with many years experience of overseas challenges and documentation as part of your crisis plans. We only work with people who understand the challenges of repatriation and are qualified to undertake it.

  • To ensure you and your team are supported throughout the crisis event, Gail can offer post incident support for staff, clients and colleagues. Gail is qualified as a trauma counsellor and has many years experience on working through post incident phases.
